ER 40 - MedEx, a fresh 40-metre Explorer Yacht project designed for the way the Mediterranean is meant to be experienced: effortless, open-air, and endlessly scenic.

Perfectly balanced in size, MedEx is not too big and not too small yacht. With a shallow draft and generous open decks, it is ideal for discovering hidden harbours and anchoring in the most breathtaking bays along the Mediterranean coastline. Life on board flows outdoors, with space designed for entertaining: a jacuzzi, removable sunshade covers, dedicated areas for toys and tender storage, and even the option of a fully certified helicopter landing area when required.

At the water’s edge, MedEx offers multiple beach club configurations, including folding side terraces that expand deck space right above sea level, creating an exceptional platform for swimming, lounging, and sunset gatherings. The yacht is also perfectly suited for day cruising, celebrations, and events, comfortably hosting a larger number of guests with confidence and ease.

Engineered to be built in aluminium, MedEx features an efficient, ocean-going hull with a confident high bow, high topsides, and a wide beam. A low centre of gravity and excellent form stability deliver a reassuring ride, combining true expedition capability with refined elegance, whether cruising coastal waters or crossing open seas.

Accommodation is arranged for 10 guests in five double cabins. Four guest cabins sit on the main deck, offering outstanding visibility and comfort. The Owner’s suite, located aft on the bridge deck, enjoys enhanced privacy and direct, separate access to the heli deck area. Below, there is full accommodation for 10 crew, along with well-planned technical spaces and storage.

Performance matches the yacht’s ambition: an efficient hull form enables an estimated range of 5,500 nautical miles at 10.5 knots, supported by a bow thruster and zero-speed stabilizers for enhanced comfort underway and at anchor.
